As required by the NYS Department of Education, schools are tasked with conducting what they call an annual “Digital Equity Survey.”  The purpose of this survey is to be sure that school districts and school district leaders adequately understand the technological resources students have access to at home including internet connectivity and access to technology.  Additionally, we aim to also learn from families what their preferred mode of communication from the school is.   

Please take the time to fill out the form for each student in your household.  This information will assist us in maximizing learning for our students and shaping how we manage our digital resources and communicate with you in the future.
