Dr. Nancy Shedlock was named School Psychologist of the Year for Chapter H by the New York Association of School Psychologists. Shedlock will be honored at the organization’s annual conference on Nov. 16.

“Nancy exemplifies each and every trait found in an incredible and invaluable School Psychologist. Her dedication to her students, the Hornell community, and staff is shown daily in her advocacy for students, and compassionate, patient, and kind nature,” said Jolene Koehler, NYSAP Chapter H representative. “Her ability to make anyone she talks to feel comfortable and understood makes her stand out as a respected role model in the field of veteran and new school psychologists.”

Chapter H of the NYSAP includes the counties of Chemung, Livingston, Schuyler, Steuben and Yates.
