Application Instructions

Please submit your application, resume and cover letter (include professional aspirations and philosophy of education plus special experience, training and interests) through RecruitFront as a general applicant or for a specific job posting, unless otherwise noted. Applicants will be contacted if additional information is required.

When applying on RecruitFront,  applications are a two step process and are transferable to open job postings.

  1. Complete the online job application by selecting “My Application” in the upper left portion of this screen. From there you will either create a new account, or log in if you already have an account with us.   
  2. After completing the application please apply for the position you desire by clicking the position or the job number scroll down and click apply now.  (IF YOU SKIP step #2 the District cannot see your application)

If you have questions about a posted job/position, please contact the School District directly. If you have technical questions related to completing or submitting your application or require other help with the application website, please click the Help menu item. “Help” will link you to the RecruitFront Support Portal, where you can search for a solution to your problem or submit a Support Request Ticket using the link in the upper right corner of the screen.

Please note that New York State Law requires all district employees to be fingerprinted as a condition of employment. Procedures and policies regarding fingerprinting will be included in the instructions you receive with your application.

Substitute Support Staff Opportunities

Applications for support staff substitutes (teacher aides, clerical staff, custodians, food service helper, school monitor, bus drivers etc.) are accepted on an ongoing basis. Those interested in applying for a position as substitute bus driver or as a substitute bus attendant should apply through RecruitFront.

Please note that New York State Law requires all district employees, including substitute support staff, to be fingerprinted as a condition of employment. Procedures and policies regarding fingerprinting will be provided upon your employment.
