Pfizer covid-19 vaccination clinic for students 12 years old and older to be held at Hornell High School on Monday, May 24 at 5pm

Attention parents of students 12 years old and older; the Hornell City School District will host a vaccination clinic for students from Hornell and neighboring school districts on Monday, May 24 at 5:00 pm in their High School cafeteria.

A second vaccination of Pfizer will be scheduled for 21 days following the first vaccination. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to return for the 2nd vaccination.

Registrations available only to those 12 years of age or older.  While this clinic was created with students in mind, anyone over 12 years old, including adults, can participate.

A Parent/Guardian is required to physically accompany anyone under 18 years of age at the date of this clinic seeking to be vaccinated.

Please bring proof of identification with you to the clinic.
