High School, Bryant students test positive for COVID-19; all schools to remain open
This weekend, the Hornell City School District learned that a High School student and a Bryant Elementary student have tested positive for COVID-19.
The High School student was last in school on December 9. Student contacts have been notified and there were no employee contacts.
The Bryant Elementary student was last in school on December 1, so there are no school contacts.
All district schools will be open tomorrow as usual.
We urge district families to be vigilant about washing hands, wearing masks, keeping physical distance when possible and staying home if you feel symptomatic. If you have any medical questions as it relates to school, please call your child’s school nurse and they will be happy to discuss your unique situation.
