Renae Clifford, President of the Marching Red Raiders Band Boosters Club addressed the Board regarding the Marching Band’s change to an extra-curricular activity and presented the Board with a generous donation in the amount of $2,438.53 to benefit the HS band.
The Board thanked her for the generous donation (donation will be officially accepted later in the evening).

Construction Report: School Business Official, Patrick Flaitz on behalf of Andy Billiotte (Welliver) provided the Board with a construction update.
SUPERINTENDENT ’S REPORT:
Superintendent Palotti reported:
- The summer has been super busy with Professional Development
- The Administrator’s Retreat went very well, the team worked on skills, collaboration, strategic planning, review of the last five years, working on ways to improve. We also had some time with the District’s attorney reviewing practices and policies.
- We still have some hiring to do before the new year starts. Library, PE/Health and Special EducationBoard member Marino arrived at 5:37 PM
