Covid-19 Vaccination Clinic for students ages 5-11 Hornell Intermediate School Tuesday, November 16

The Hornell City School District is partnering with the Steuben County Department of Public Health to host a vaccination clinic for students ages 5-11.

This clinic will only be for students in those age ranges.  The clinic will operate out of the Hornell Intermediate School’s cafeteria from 4:00-6:30 on Tuesday, November 16.

Pre registration is required and a parent is required to be present.
